What can I expect when I come to Shiloh?
We welcome you to visit us on Sunday mornings. We want you to feel comfortable at Shiloh Community Fellowship, so we’ve outlined what you can expect when you visit.

Parking.

There is ample parking surrounding the building.  Additional parking is also available down the street at the Agway Feed Store.

Our People.

One word has always been used to describe Shiloh Community Fellowship – friendly.  Our people are committed to hospitality and generosity.  When you visit, you will be sure to find people with smiling faces and open arms.

Service Times.

We have two identical services at 8:30 and 10:45.  We’d love for you to come early and enjoy a cup of coffee with us, mingle with others and make new friends. Our morning coffee team members are here to help you feel welcomed and meet new people.

Kidz City & Nursery.

Our goal is to teach children about the love of Jesus in an age-appropriate teaching style.  Kidz City is available at the 10:45 service for children pre-k through 5th grade; a nursery attendant is also available for children under age 3.

Children are always welcome to sit with their parents at either of our services.

Services.

Our services are relaxed, engaging and generally last about an hour.  We open service with singing and prayer.  Lyrics are projected on screens at the front of the sanctuary.  Feel free to engage in this time in whatever manner you feel comfortable.  After this time, we then sit down for the sermon which usually lasts 25 – 30 minutes.  Bible passages are also projected on the screens at the front of the sanctuary.  Additionally, hard-copy Bibles are available if you would like to use one.

Teaching.

We are committed to teaching about a dynamic life changing experience with Jesus.  We do this by teaching weekly from the Bible and connecting it to the practical aspects of daily life.  Don’t know much about the Bible?  Don’t worry.  Our goal is to make each sermon easy to understand and meaningful to all people – regardless of their church experience.

Music.

Our music is contemporary songs performed by our worship team.  Lyrics are projected onto the screens at the front of the sanctuary for you to sing along. Feel free to stand or sit during worship (singing time), which ever makes you more comfortable. Feel free to sing loud for all to hear; we believe singing to the Lord is a sign of love and respect to Him. You don’t have to be a  great singer to participate.

What to Wear.

Come as you are.  Most people come casually dressed just as you would see around town.
